Stormy,

I want to pipe in and ask if you are still taking vicodin and if you are how many per day?

If you have lost your appetite and you are in withdrawal that is expected but if you are actively taking the vicodin then I would want to know how much.

There is a lot of tylenol in vicodin and you need to be careful.  Your kidneys and liver can be affected and cause a lot of different symptoms.  Loss of appetite can be one of these.

A dietician told me to use a grazing approach - keep a jug of peanut butter around, some cheese, etc...........have a tblspn of peanut butter or ounce cheese every 20 min or so - work up to can of chkn noodle soup - low acid (no citric fruit/juice - tomato) - good luck and post any more questions......

Easy foods are bananas, avocados protein shakes. Even Ensure is good for you. After you fet clean, things will start to get back to normal.
