Don't worry. They are not as hard as coming off methadone or herion or hydrocodones. You may feel weak and feverish for about a week and then you will notice them lighening up. Don't dwell on it though. Try to go on with a normal life as much as possible. I know because I have been on one drug or another for 45 years. Tramadol will help but it can be habit forming.
It all depends on the dosage you dropped from. I've seen prolonged (over a month) withdrawals from people who jumped off of high dosages (over 1mg or so). You're better off doing a taper down to 1/4mg a day or lower. How long did you take it and what was your last dose?
Ga Guy is right, it will depend on how long you have taken suboxone and the dose you were on. I ran out of suboxone while taking 2mg for years and the withdrawal was much more intense than the original drug of choice. Taper slowly in very small amounts or seek professional help with your detox. That is the only thing that worked for me.
