Well i'm gonna pick back up and go from here. I took 1 mg sub this am.  and i will take another as needed, later today, and again if i need to.  After 2 or 3 days  i'll cut down from there. I will do my best not to go past the 21 day mark but i f i need to go longer than that i will.  not much longer- but a little longer.  I know i was just trying to get all the way off too quick yesterday and thats why i took the perc.  I decided on the sub and i'm going to do what i need to do to follow through. I've proved to myself that i can't go CT or taper off opiates.  I'm going off all the extra supplements i was taking-aminos and extra vits and protein shakes until my stomach heals a bit, then i will go back to adding them one at a time. sensitive tummy is not allowing what is recommended but after it heals a bit i will go on them slowly.  thanks to all of you who support me every day, it means more than you know.

Dont rush it. Take your time and just keep tapering down. Your dose is very low and you should not have any trouble when its time. DON'T take anymore percs and get rid of them. The fact you did should tell you that you are still succeptable to relapse. Please if you need to stay on 1 mg to keep of the percs then do that, that is what the sub is for.

I had a very good day today, i took 1 mg sub in the am and then one later in the afternoon, and it worked well.  I had no stomach trouble at all either...I really think i was just in too much of a hurry to get off the sub and i should not have been so anxious.  and I feel like my dr is not a very good resource with a lot of experience with this drug so i am just winging it by myself, with the help of advice here.  So i will just stay on this dose for 2 or 3 days and then cut down again.  Busy day and i'm so tired so i'll hit the sack now..
