Tramadollover, I will tell you that when you quit taking the Neurontin, your withdrawls will come back. Neurontin, affects the CNS, it calms it down just like an opiate does. So, yes once you stop the Neurontin your withdrawls will come back. Just be prepared. I use it for TMJ issues I have, but not on a daily basis. So, I do know what im talking about here.
No one gets thru withdrawls unscathed, we have to get thru them in order to let the brain heal. Not trying to be a downer here. Just telling the truth.
I have been prescribed gabapentin and I think the drug has significant side effects. It causes problems with thinking, judgement, driving and sentience. I think it stinks.
So when I stop them they will come back? My doctor said the opposite and that it works like clonidine. That it helps you through it a little
In the Tramadol support rooms, I've read where Gabapentin has masked Tram symptoms but was taken longer than you are. Just be prepared for WDs to surface again. But maybe a good thing to buy some time for the rough part you would have been going through?
