I have been feeling sick the last 2 days. I have bad chills and I'm congested. I think maybe the whole detox process may have weakened my immume system. I took 2 tylenol last night and they made me feel much better. But this morning I'm starting to feel bad again. Good thing I have some gatorade left.

I got the flu right after detoxing. I know it was the flu though cause both my kids had it. I had horrible chills, vomiting, a fever, congested, and a cough. It has been horrible this year. They had a thing on the news about it. Just drink plenty of fluids and get your rest! Hope you get to feeling better soon!

Dove i hope you feel better soon! it seems like there is a huge flu/virus epidemic in almost every state right now. Its the time of year I guess. Keep drinking gatorade, it helps alot

Sorry you feel bad this morning.  Hopefully you do not have the flu...so often things happen that way after detox.  Good for you for not wanting a pill!!!  
Have you read my posts about that stuff we are drinking?  I am telling everyone about it because it is amazing...absolutely amazing.  Check out my journal...I have posted info regarding NaturalCalm.

The only difference between this and going thru withdraws is that I don't want a pill.

Yeah this seems to be pretty common. I have heard many here getting the flu after detox.  Hope you feel better soon.  Hang in there and take your vitamins.  Hugs   Mary

So sorry you're feeling so bad. Do you think you're comming down with the flu on top of withdrawels? That would really suck, a double whamy. Hope you feel better soon.
