If what you are feeling is only cravings, occupy yourself in other tasks, get busy, ex: do exercises, watch a good movie, take a brisk walk, if you smoke , enjoy a cigarette, but live what you're doing at the moment, that is what is most important, concentrate in your present task, live minute by minute, don't think about the future, this will only lead to think on the cravings of your DOC.

Cheers and good luck,

Bob

whatever you do, don't use. i battled a monster craving last night and it's so hard. im glad you posted for support. way to go on 7 days. sometimes it's a minute at a time to get through them, but each time you get through a craving your strength will grow. you need to dig deep today and stay busy. im here for a bit if you want to talk, don't let this drug win. you can do this.

I know that cravings for cocaine can be hard. My DOC of choice was vicodin and I still get cravings and I have almost 200 days. Just occupy yourself and stay busy. You don't want to start at day 1 again. You can do this, stay strong!

Hugs,
Melissa
