I've never taken tramadol so not exactly sure. Keep checking back over the next few days. Someone will come along and give you better info.

do u know how long the woithdrawls last? ive been taking lyrica and its helpin...but ive gotta get motivated i have 2 babies to think about..thanks for ur post.
The emotional part is a huge part of withdrawals and from what I have heard, especially with tramadol.
Check out the amino acid protocol. It lists a bunch of vitamins and supplements that help aid in withdrawal. It can be found in the health pages which is located in the bottom right hand side of the page.
You can take over the counter pain meds for pain such as advil or tylenol. Take as many hot baths as you need to help the muscle pains. Some even throw epsom salts in.
Make sure you aren't laying around feeling sorry for yourself. Get up and move! When I went through withdrawals I walked or jogged a couple times a day. It helped so much! It's hard to muster up the energy to do so but once you're out there walking you feel so much better.
Do all you can to keep your mind occupied. Rent some funny movies, pick up a good book, do a puzzle, etc. Anything to keep you from thinking about how you feel or thinking about taking a pill.
Drink, drink, drink! Be sure to stay hydrated as it helps to flush the system. Also be sure to eat healthy. Your body needs all the nutrients it can get.
Be sure to stick around this forum and post for support. Just a few words from someone can give you that added bit of motivation you need. It really goes a long way.
Hang in there. You can get through this!
Best of luck!
