adderall addict and i need help

hi everyone ill make this brief. im 37 yo male who has been diagnosed with ocd adhd aspergers. ive been on klonopin 2.5 mgs a day for 18 yrs. i weaned myself off prozac which sucked. i have been taking adderall for 7 yrs and have been as high as 90mgs a day. im down to 60mgs a day. i feel paranoid all the time and suffer from depression insomnia and cant remember the last time i smiled. what i want to know is whether or not its possible to wean myself off this drug and continue to work. taking a leave from my job is not an option. is there any safe supplement to help ease the wds? how long do the wds last and will i ever feel better again? what are the wd symptoms? ive found doctors to be full of **** as they tend to downplay the wds. i know ive asked a lot but any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

If you taper the pills slowly, over time, you should be able to work just fine.

There can be some insomnia, mood changes, and depression so just go slowly and good luck!

It is going to be rough, coming down off of amphetamines. It isn't an easy process, but it is possible. You need to take it slow. Keep your self hydrated and yes you will feel normal again, but it is going to take some time. You are probably going to be very shaky, agitated, have a loss of appetite and I will say it again, probably be moody. I would just do as best you can as you weaning yourself off just nothing significant. If you have any concerns I would recommend going to the ER because I have heard of people stroking and having heart problems.
