i went out drinkin last night got waaaaaay to smashed ......had taken 8 mgs of sub that mornin and at 3 am i was bangin an oxy........god  alwayse do this....get clean stay goood 4 a while then jus **** it all up.....i stoped subs a weeek or so ago and did oc's for a week and subs jus sont do it like oppiates i still hurt and it sucks......sorrry jus venting

.I think you know what you need to do...you just need to reflect and do it!   This is a big change to quit these dern things...you have to get mentally prepared...does not always happen overnight...i think that it is good that it is bothering you enough to post....I did not know about this forum and was reflecting and figuring for months....was really depressing...this forum is great...you can talk about what you need to talk about...not everyone is clean here    and they understand what u r going thru...keep posting

drinkin isnt too much of a trigger ...it helps i mean goin out to the bar sometimes keepws me away and keeps dope of my mind....but if i get to wasted i wasnt more...usualy coke but i alwayse want opiates.......but thanks guys in new here but it makes me feeel better to talk abt it.....

yeah i took subs for a quick detox when i as comming of methadone 2 years ago and when i got out of rehab it was may 18 and i stayed good till about july and started slow but within a month i was back full blown...i cant jus do a lil i do ALOT when i use sooo i started sellin beacuse pills are an abbundance here and was back on them for a lil over a year and have beeen on subs since i stopped....so yeah i have kno a lil abt them they are worse than oxy's after long term use....w/'d's from subs after long use is like methadone.....sucks....i like mobile cool city...my aunt lives in foley..i used to live is tuscaloosa jus moved back to my moms cuz im a **** up

i agree with worried, if you use when u drink, like i always did the first thing to do would be quit drinkin. moving wont hurt , but it wont solve all your problems. been to denver, got friends there, and they have dealers. so you must find wut works for you bro...
sounds like a life change is in order ,  change it all man if ya really want to be clean. best of luck n keep posting....

I am in Mobile, AL right now....small world....you need to stay away from triggers but I am sure you know that by now....you took 1 opiate last night...so when can you get back on track with your sub?   I have never taken it but sounds like you know that if you take one right now you will feel bad....or worse as you already feel bad   keep posting

i dont drink  much cause i usually do somethign stupid and HATE hangovers im feeing one now......and it sucks cuz after i fcuk up and take a opiate i cant take subs or i will go into the helll accute wd's.....i am on probation till november and am gonna move to denver co as sooon as i can get off probation ...rigght now goin to the doc and gettin subs on the maintence thing she wants to keeep me on them till i move...cause where i live oppaites are everywhere i kno i cant run from my additction  but i have to get out of alabama....this fuckin disease caused me to drop out of collage and move home..

What is your long term plan?   I do know that drinking is an awful trigger for me...especially if I drink enough to get a hangover which is not too much for me.   Many say alcohol is a drug and there is no difference between drinking addiction and drug addiction...that you have to quit both...I still have a corona here and there but I do worry ...I am not an over drinker....as a rule due to bad hangovers even after  3-4 beers....Alcohol makes us weak...whenever I would quit smoking it would be that devil alcohol who would make me smoke!   Sorry for venting on your post!  Keep posting
