Day One Hundred !

Hi all , well I have been having some pretty good days since my last report . Little anxiety , No derealazation . Went out last night with a bunch of friends to the Los Angeles/Hollywood neon sign tour . Its great if you have never been on it . I feel my life blood flowing threw me once more and it feels great ! yeha!   ballons should fly in the air..100 days is wonderful!  u r over the 90 day hump..it only gets better from here on out..just dont forget the reasons u quit
