anyone with help please let me know

I recently was taking percocet for pain, pretty normally, not partying or anything.  But i was afraid of withdrawals so was recommended to take suboxone for one month to avoid it.  Like an idiot i did, took as directed and boy what a mistake, it has been worse then ever.  The anxiety and panic attacks were rediculous.  So far I am 10 days without suboxone and still do not feel myself.  The anxiety has gone, but (and this is gonna sound weird) my skin is always sticky and clammy.  If i lay down my shirt becomes soaking wet with sweat.  Every night i wake up at 4am with a wet shirt and no matter how many times i shower , my skin still feels like that. This is definately from the suboxone cause i have had it since i stopped taking it.  I heard suboxone takes a long time to recover from, so could this be the last lingering effect from it?  If so im 10 days through, how much longer should i expect to feel like this?  its starting to take a toll on my mind.  It is encouraging that i am getting my energy back as i couldn't even walk a couple days ago.  Anyone with any experience please tell me its normal.  My Dr. has no answers as i have been giving a physical and nothing is wrong with me.  I guess he just gives out that poison and never took it himself.

I appreciate any help from anyone..Maybe my mind will be at ease even if my body isn't.

thank you guys for your comments...i also had the fatigue you are talking about.  I would be standing and have to sit down after 5 minutes or so, but it seems that is starting to pass.  That suboxone stuff is terrible.  It seems much more drawn out then anything else.  I have absolutely no urge to take any pill to cure any ailments, i just want this weird , goosebumps all the time, hot flashes, cold sweats , sticky skin thing to go away.  Im hoping i just wake up one day and its gone, its just tough when you can't look for a date or certain number.  Friday will be two weeks off the ****, so im shooting for that, so i'm keeping my fingers crossed..

I didn't use subs so I can't give you a lot of specific advice either. But I did stop cold turkey off a pretty large oxycodone habit.  (200-300mg a day). And the physical withdrawls continued until about 2 weeks (with most being over around 8-9 days).  For me it was the fuzzy head and fatigue that took the longest to go away, but I'm sure everyone is different.  You can get though this and it's so worth it.

Hang on.

i am sorry your dr didnt prepare you for the sub w/ds.  i have never taken it but i have heard it is a very hard w/drawal.  10 days is great.  everyone is different as far as w/ds and the length of time they last.  try to focus on the good things, the bad will pass in time.  keep on keepin on!!!
