ativan and pregnant

hi i am new here and joined because i feel so alone with my problem but see i am not the only one suffering. I am 32 weeks pregnant and have struggled with panic attacks for the last 5 years off and on. 2 years ago i started off on.5 mg of ativan and have been on a steady intake of 2mgs. when i found out i was pg i tried so hard to stop...i wud get down to .5 mg but eventually go bak up.. i wud go 2 weeks without it eventually returning to it because i wud wake up in the middle of the nite with my heart pounding. I have now been without it for 20 days but feel my symptoms returning but am desperately trying to fight it because i sincerely want off of it..not just for myself but for the health of my baby. I have felt guilt since the beginning of my pregnancy because i promised my baby i wud stop for her, but obviously i have failed. I pray she is ok. Has anyone here delivered while taking ativan? Plz if anyone out there has plz respond. plz give me some advice that has worked in stopping in the dependancy of ativan..

Please tell your obgyn immediately. Put in an urgent call and just tell he' or she'..You have to do this.. I don't need to know if you've been taking Ativan all of your pregnancy.  Panic attacks are really intense to go through. I do really hope you find someone to help you overcome this.  I know you will..hang in there..

Please talk with your doctor to be prepped for this delivery is all I want you to know.
The delivery, and follow up for you, and your new blessed child.  Ok...All my prayers.
