Sounds like your pretty close to me in consumption of Oxy per day though half of mine is pure without the ASA with it.    I idd find that 3000 mg a day over a few days was to much on the liver for me and caused alot of what felt like neausea and stomach-flu like symptoms.  Your right at that liver poisoning spot or close to.
I've dealt with he cramping and anxiety 2 ways - strechting relieves the aches usually and simply cut down slowly  _ for the next 3-5 days try only 1 1/2 tabs instead of 2 - then 1 - then half - then less or stop.

I too was taking too many Percocets, and now I'm down to 1-10/325mg every 8 hours, and I'm maintaining. Please be careful to not get dehydrated, because that's what can put you in a dire situation. Keeping your fluids, and potassium levels at a constant is so important. You can do this, but anything really worthwhile is never easy. Addiction is so difficult, but death is so final, and it really hurts those left behind. Hang in there, and if it gets too hard? Get yourself to an ER, or a Physician ASAP. I wish you the best, and a successful detox. Franny

Hi!  Definitely don't take the tramadol.  The WDs are doable.  There are things you can get OTC to help the WDs, so don't substitute the tramadol and flexeril.  Tram is bad, bad, bad news!!!!!!

Hi and thanks for posting.  I suggest getting touch with a doctor.  It is important that you be honest with him so he can help you the right way.  Withdrawals can be tough but we get through them.  Switching from one pill to another is like switching from Jack Daniels to beer.  It still gets me drunk.  There's lots of great folk here that can give you good suggestions.  Stick around and check the place out.  Good luck!!

I can understand your desire to use tramadol and flexeril but these only mask the inevitable, if we wish to truly be free of drugs.  Withdrawals are severe but not usually life threatening...but I understand that it feels like it.
Check out the Thomas Recipe, which recommends herbs and vitamins that offset withdrawal symptoms.  Also, drink plenty of water and bathe in epsom salts.  Exercise, though excrutiating as it seems, really helps with aches and also helps to rest.
Best of luck, continue posting, there is an excellent support system here.

Don't substitute the tramadol. You'll regret that. Do some reading in here about withdrawal. Its very doable and it sounds like you have reached the point thats its time to say goodbye to them. No ,you won't die. Feel like crap for a few days, but won't have any serious medical issues unless there's an underlying problem..

Do some reading..Get familar. There are about 20 individuals in different stages of the withdrawals all around you here that you can glean a qiuck education from..Give it a shot..
