Thanks, domino! Just feels somewhat like my legs are in cement blocks. But I've been outside a few times today, had a couple Epsom salts baths and a shower. Gearing up to go to work....what pills were you dependant on, and how long have you been off?
That sounds good Shauna!! Each day will get better. We learn patience during this time, or we are supposed too!! lol
Yes. Taking multivitamin, b complex, Ltyrosine, 5htp, along with the gabapentin and Cymbalta
The energy takes awhile but the more you are up and moving the quicker it comes back. Are you taking any vitamins?
Thanks guys, hasn't been easy. Won't even pretend, but as hard as it is, keeping busy is probably best. Much as I'd love to crawl into my bed nd stay there for a week. Anyone remember when their energy levels return?
Nice to see you back and working towards a better life. You so deserve it~
Congratulations on day three! That is great that you cut your sources and told your best friend and boyfriend. We need all the support we can get :) day three and going back to work is great be proud of yourself and keep up the good hard work.
Great Job. I have been struggling with getting off of trams and Norcs for a long time. The one thing and most important thing I did this time around was tell my doc no more scripts. Finally making progress this time around. I do have gabapentin and have taken it a couple times during the process and it does help take the edge off for me. I've been on it for about 6 years intermittently and will go months w/o taking any. It is helping but minimally. I was on wellbutrin for about 5 years and stopped that awhile back. Definitely felt an uptick in my depressive symptoms coming off of the trams as they have antidepressant properties but those feelings seem to have leveled out. trams are so hard to get off of so keep up the good work.
