been up all night with anxiety

Entering 42nd hour of no trams and the anxiety is intense.
Been pacing the hallways look o burn off some of these anxiety that even now my dogs are looking at me like i'm half crazed. I've taken 3 tabs of bendryl, 3 Ambien Cr's and abouf 2 mg of klonpin and I'm as awake as ever.

But I will say this...I would rather stay clean from Tramadol and endure this for more few more nights as I know that soon shall to pass.

My husband says I talk to much about things that put him to sleep. Sure enough I will be rambling on talking and I look over and he's sound asleep. I'm not making a joke of your problem but I just thought it may put a smile on your face.

When I was young I had panic attacks so I know how bad they can be.

You are right!!! this will pass..i am sorry you have to go through this..have you tried  taking melatonin to help sleep..and remember to drink plenty of water..I am glad you made this decision for yourself..that in itself takes much courage..just take it one day/hr at a time..you will be better before you know it..

It will pass and you will sleep again. Why don't you put on some music and try to at least rest your body so you will not get too tired.
Pat your dogs as well, it will help, animals are great healers.

Hey man I feel ya, I dont know if it b/c of the trams but I havent been sleeping either, my Dr. said I took too many and wont let me have a refill 4 a week.  I thought this stuff was not addictive.  Believe me I went through w/d's from oc's, vics, xanax...and it dosent feel like that.  Its been almost 3 days, my back just hurts b/c I dont have em (slipped disk) and I've been sneezing.  I tried a cap of nyquil but I stayed up to watch a movie so now I cant sleep.  What are ya feeling, seems like you have plenty of anti depressants and sleeping pills in ya....
