Help!

This is so tiring. I have CHF, HAVE BEEN TAKEN OFF SUDDENLY OF XANAX, been so upset went to two hospitals, saw psychiatrist there, he he gave me 3 mg. Xanax and told me to titer down every 4 days and also gave me an anti-seiZure medicine. hE TOLD ME NOT TO MENTIN THIS TO ANYBODY ELSE. I was having Irritable Bowel Syndrome for weeks, my salt and electrolytes were down and I felt like I was going to die. I was admitted to the heart floor of my local hospital for 5 days, seeing a psychiatrist who insisted, with my condition so frail in taking me down from 6 mil. to 4 and a half. I started to detox, had palpatations, which some of the better doctors give beta-blockers.The doctor was nowwhere to be found. I have gone  down    5and 3 quarters Xa nax and have two days left. Am I going to die? I DON'T THINK WITH MY HMO THEY CARE.People know the complications of abrubt Xanax withdrawl. I don't think my heart can take it. If I don't get any help with my 2 new doctors I will have to go inpatient to a better local hospital. I have been trying weeks and weeks calling detox  places. I THINK THEY ARE CRAZY TAKING A PERSON WITH HEART FAILURE OFF XANAX OFF IN5 TO 7 DAYS. i AM ALMOST PARALYZED WITH FEAR, I DONT EVEN WANT TO GO OUT. ANY SUGGETIONS?

i do remenber your previous posts, you were having GI problems, i hoped you had got sorted by now, i am sorry your still not getting any satisfactory care. i am sure they dont think your going to die, it does seem a quick taper, but as gnarly says with the anti seizure meds you can do it, try not to panick, perhaps they wont give you a beta blocker because of your heart, and to be honest they dont help all that much anyway, speaking from experience.  i wish you well, take care .

HI .....seams like a really fast taper to me  but it might have to do with your heart condition xanex effects that as long as there giving you an antisezuure med you should be ok physically mentally coming off that much xanex is going to be brutal your just going to have to tuff it out
