boyfriend on oxys

If my boyfriend started using oxys a year ago does that mean he has been on them the whole time or is it possible he stopped for a period of time??

We actually broke up right before i found out.  But i will be there for him when he comes out of rehab in a couple months.

Yes that is possible.... like they said above he probably was off them when he couldn't get anymore and/or ran out of money and then went back when he could get again! He is an addict, and I wish him the best of luck love and your role is to give some tough love and not let his disease become urs!! My advice is to tell him to get his *** in rehab or live without you.....

(My sister was a heroin addict and the toughest decision I ever made was cutting her out of my life, eventually she spun so out of control she nearly died of an overdose and I am proud to say she is now 60days CLEAN...and I credit my family for being strong enough to not take her ********!! )

He has been in a rehabilitation centre since friday but his mom said he has been on and off them for a year and i didnt think that was possible. I had no idea he was using.

the only time he probably stopped is when he ran out, if hes like any other addict.

perhaps he might want to read the stories here, if that dont wake him up,not much will.
