Oyyy......my brain feels like it is misfiring. Can't seem to do the basics around the house.  How do you all keep going?

You all seem so strong and I am really having a rough go!

There's this great phrase that is "fake it 'til you make it"...we don't have it all together.  We just keep working on our sobriety and moving forward one day at a time.  My house certainly looked better when I was using.  I have to learn to let go of some things.  My kids are fed, clean clothes, get to their soccer practices/games, but I could really use help dusting and vacuuming.:)  You are doing great.  AA/NA is an enormous help in giving tools to help you cope with your addiction...to cope with a sober life.
Keep moving forward in recovery..you are doing an amazing job!
