calms forte

I see that skippysizemore recommends calms forte to help ease anxiety from wd's. I was just wondering if it's ok to take it while i'm still tapering,if it would help me taper faster, or should I wait until I;m completely off the pills? I take vics and xanax but have cut down on both a lot

LOL.....she (my nurse friend) said you would be much better off taking a good multivitamin. You can also check out some of the aminos. They are suppose to help with certain things too. There is one for energy, mood, sleep, rls, etc......that is a better route to go and safer.

Me too, but I couldn't resist a box of slim jims along with those high-quality vitamins- well, maybe they'll neutralize each other LMAO just kidding!=)

Jabber away. You have my prayers! I am so proud of you for not going back for them and sorry it took forever for an answer but we searched through 6 books to make sure we had the facts straight and it is not a good idea to take them. Glad you didn't buy them!!

Thanks for looking into it for me you're a sweetheart. I just got back from Wal-Mart and I looked at the box of them and decided against buying them. I bought some good vitamins instead. Also, when I was on my way there, I realized I didn,t bring my pills with me,and I NEVER do that, but you know what? I didn't go back to get them, and I realized when I got home that it didn't make any difference. I'm becoming more encouraged now , 'cause when I get straight, I can clean up the rest of the $*** that's been ruining my life, but haven't had the courage to change( very bad relationship with hubby), maybe I'll find the strength to dump him, he's really been bad for my mental health, and is partly the reason I became addicted in the first place. He didn't twist my arm, I'm the one who has been eating the pills, but you know what I mean, it's just an escape to dull the emotional pain. Please pray for me, I can't ask my own church to do it, 'cause I don't want them to know. Sorry for jabbering so much, I'll shut up now.

Sorry, but she said there a ton of possible ingredients in this and she is still lokking into it further. I will post as soon as she finds out, but as for now, probably not a good idea.
