I have made a post about my current situation and have not recieved any respones. Im on 65 miligrams of methadone and I have  been at the clinic now for 11 days. I want to stop going immedietly and was looking for information regarding the with drawls. How bad will they be for in comparison to the duration of time I have been at the methadone clinic and dose that I am currently on? Also I have to continue to work as a waiter is there anything that I can take to help my situaiton out and help smooth out the wd's

please try to relax. i sent you a pm. no one can predict how a persons withdrawal will be. there are many factors, length of time on that drug, the dosage, other health factors. check on the bottom right of the page under the health pages the thomas recipe has all the otc supplies you will need. i would skip the xanax and get over the counter supplements for sleep.
getting anxious about this and so worried will make your detox worse, try not to put fear into it.
