charges for filling scrip twice
my doctor wrote me for scripts for tramadol twice and i had them filled at 2 different pharmacies. I was red flagged and released from practice. Can legal action be taken against me even though he wrote them?
Depends if you were supposed to fill them like that. I'm going to assume you weren't because he let you go from the practice. It's very strange that you were flagged the first time. I was arrested about two months ago for doctor shopping, but I did it a lot. Technically, yes you can be arrested, but I highly doubt it for one time unless the doctor presses charges.
Were you supposed to fill them at different times like when the first one ran out?
