it is always hard when you first stop!!  I took up weed but that only lead to coke - so i stopped

hey haven't seen you for awhile. i also had to give up drinking cause it was impossible for me to have a couple drinks and not use blow. your right, the 2 go hand in hand. congrats on day 4, but today is the big test for you, a very big test. you already know by going to the bar, your setting yourself up. if you have to stay home to stay clean, then make that sacrafice. only you are in control of this decision and im glad to see you know what the right one is. please be strong today.

Today is day four, I really want to go to the bar with my "normal friends"  but I associate drinking with using coke, so I think I  will have to find  a way to stay home

I am also glad to hear you are on day two - take one day at a time!!  I have been there - i did coke all the time and lots of it.  Like feohmoon said,"don't even think to Saturday yet." so so true - you are not alone and i know that when i used it was when i was alone and i did a lot too!!  come on here post or call someone you trust

You are doing great ...keep it up and stay strong - Post often...it helps.  I see you have a very full schedule also...that prevents usage.  Take it one day at a time...don't even think to Saturday yet.  This can be done.

alls well today is day two, I called my other and told him this is all my fault and I know he only does it when I call and get it, I told him I want help and he said he would help me, if I fail again, I promise I will go to a meeting, until then I really don't want to have to. Today I have two doctors appts, then working out, then going to ma and pa's for dinner.
I will report later tonight.  I should be good thought at least till saturday, I have to work tommarrow during the day, and bartend at night, saturday is going to be hard.
