this is the withdrawals, im pretty sure about that. you really are doing well!
i was taking codeine phosphate tablets for nearly 4 years, doing about 120mgs to 210mgs
a day, i kept trying to taper off, got to 30mgs ,but gave in . i did a ct withdrawal last time,
i felt terrible, sweating, shakiness, feeling sore all over, no sleep, restless legs etc was like a really bad flu, was very depressed as well, awful ! but got through it, was evil around 2/5 days, then slowly,(very slowly) started to feel a little better, but not really sleeping. by day 7/8 felt much better, not great but things started to "clear". i drank plenty of fluids, had hot baths, and generally took care of myself. maybe you feel some of what i did,
take care and keep strong, best of luck , sudie

It depends why you were taking the codeine.  But, you could try an over-the-counter low dose paracetamol/codeine and that should do the trick for the last couple of days.  it will pass soon if it is just from the codeine alone.  Stick with it, you're doing really well.  Just hang in there.  If you  have an underlying reason for taking the pain relief, you need to see a general practitioner.  It could be an infection that the codeine was masking.
