suboxin dosages

I have taken ovefr my child,s suboxin films..I will be giving her them on a daily basis. is there a dosage chart i can follow to do the best job and also incorporate weaning her off...? she will be in weekly therapy and atending 1 meeting a wk as required by her therapist...she also takes 40 mgs of celexa before bed .

No one can tell you how to dose or taper your child. I'm sorry. How old is she?

The best advice is to get with her prescribing doctor and just ask.

I would guess that the dr who gave that to her would have given her a dosing schedule? The doses are given differently for each person I believe. I think a phone call or a visit to the prescribing dr is the best thing to do.
