Ambien tapper !!!!

Guys. I cut back a 1/4 of 10mg last night and it worked!!!!! Went to bed at 9pm Hubby woke me up at 10, Didn't act like I was awake and went back to sleep!!!! Woke up at 2 and took a tyl pm went back to sleep and slept till 6:30am !!! I feel great mentally!. Feet still hurt.but I can handle it with God's help and sleep. I pray everyone has a beautiful day and God Bless. ( I hate to brag so much but had to tell what God has done)

Thanks guys, I just hope I can get more to finish the tapper.. MORE, lol  ain't that the way of a addict !!!!!!!!

Hi tooter. Hang in there with that ambien taper. I know that every time I reduce, I don't sleep well for 2-3 days. I also feel yucky for those days too. Nothing too bad tho. Just kind of headachey and flu like. Just take it really slow and steady. Don't cut back too soon. I've been waiting 2-3 weeks between decreases. You might also want to try some melatonin. You're doing great honey! Keep up the good work!
