Congratulations on 7 days!!! Awesome work. Mornings are hard in general, for almost everyone, I think. I write in my journal first thing in the am, it clears my head and gets the worries out. I also exercise in the morning religiously. It gives me the energy and mental clarity I need to move forward, otherwise I stay stuck in my head. I know it must be so tough to be away from your kiddies, try focusing on YOU and giving yourself lots of love. Be proud of yourself!

Thanks everyone. reading every ones progress on here helps a lot. It is not a battling mind game so much.just your body getting to the way it should be.cravings do suck but they as fast as they go.the anxiety still ***** and so does sleep but one day at a time is what I'm telling myself.my mother has helped me for some of my journey.it's a plus having some one to talk to about what is going on. When I have my kids that's when I know I'm doing the right thing.today sucked there with there Dad so had nothing to look forward to this after noon.but I have all day Sunday with them befor they go back to school.and part of tomorrow. What I dont understand why mornings are hard and evenings are good any ideas?

we are so much stronger than we give ourselves credit for. Great job on making it a week. Remember this.... courage is holding out for one moment longer than you think you can...when you do this you realize you can go a little further. You CAN do this! Keep it up!
