Haven't been here in awhile but just wanting to check in and let everyone know I am still clean and at 45 days ...the last 5 days or so I have seen my energy jump up alot...I am at a point finally that I feel I have somewhat beat this...to the people that are at the beginning stages do NOT give up...I was ready to throw in the towel and quit but I got so much encouragement from everyone here that I never gave in...it does get better and you will get your life back...THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED ME

Congrats on 45 days!!!  Dont wait till you think you need aftercare, check into some form of it.  You wont be sorry.

wow awesome phillip!!! 45 days is great. I am just over 4 months today. Some sort of aftercare is important. Meetings, therapy, creating your own therapy is important. Becuase you may, and its a possibility but not set in stone, but you may, and many people do, deal with this for months and months. One could feel great on day 45 and crappy for a few weeks in their third month. This may not happen to you and I hope and pray it doesnt. But getting this aftercare is important in case it does happen you will be ready.... But congrats and I just wanted to give you this info. I feel like you are done and will be happy forever!!!! No aftercare planned for now...I am going to keep moving forward myself but if I get to a point I need something else then I will look into it.
