No No...not Tramadol; it's a rough one, as well!

Just bite the bullet and jump off now. You'll feel sick for 4-5 days and then....much better. Lots of hot baths, liquids, and rest. Be sure to take magnesium and potassium. Add Epsom salt to your bath water. It's cheap and it's sold everywhere.

Keep posting and asking anything! Someone will have the answer!

Hi and welcome...I agree with IBK...don't trade one pill for the other...W/d is bearable and the only way to get out is to go through it.  Bananas, hot baths with epsom salts and Hylands Leg Cramps (homeopathic with quinine) are all good for RLS.  Exercise too if you can force yourself to do it...Just a walk around the block.  I'm 27 days opiate free-and detox is hard but it's the best thing to do for yourself along with getting support and aftercare like NA/AA to help prevent you getting back on the merry-go-round.  Lots of wisdom and support here so post whenever you need to.....Lu

Tramadol is a synthetic opiate and just as hard to detox from. I really DO NOT suggest that at all. I really think that you should just stop as all you are doing is prolonging the inevitable. There is no way to avoid the withdrawal and although it is not pleasant, it is very doable.

Are you taking any supplements to help ease the process?
