Just saw your dosage. You need to taper off the Valium for sure. Your doctor can give you taper schedules.

Ow wow. You've been thru so much. I completely understand the feelings you have. What do you want to make happen?? Taper or cold turkey?? I strongly suggest tappering off the benzos. Or valium. As well as the loratabs. Please tell me your thoughts.
