That's awesome, man! 22 days.. I'm on day 4 of no suboxone, and seeing someone on here with that many days is inspiring. Even today, what had helped me with energy is exercise. I go walking every day, and afterwards, I always have a rush of energy that helps me get my day started. Coffee, first thing in the morning, too, and vitamin B complex really helped me in the past when I got up there in the clean time. Suboxone has such a long half life, it's effects seem to last longer when detoxing. For instance, I've heard that for regular opiates, day 3 is the worst. For suboxone, my doctor said day 7 would be the worst.

Great job! 22 days is amazing. What were you taking? My dr wants me to take subs to get off. Sounds like you used them the right way

Its probably both...but they will eventually get better...just keep it up! Great job on making that final leap! Ive seen soooo many struggle to get off Subs....seem a lot harder than straight opiates. Ive never gone the Sub route so I dont know from personal experience...it just seems (through reading) that its very hard. Your doing great.
