am on 80x30mg codeine daily n screaming out for help by professionals. Its ruining my life I want advice do I take 1st offer of 80mg methadone daily? hell I am so scared ov OD. I want the quickest n safest way to w/d. No one will fund detox and rehab NOW as I have psyched myself/my head for withdrawal then to get to pharmacy methadone stopped before it started. I don't think they know wot to give me. I had bin clean all day til 3pm no codeine. Does any1 have advice what to do or what to subsitute the codeine for quickly.

hi, i am also addicted to codiene, i have been cleen for 40 days now, i quit cold turkey, i had been taking up to 20 30/500 a day.  the first few days where not nice, it felt like a bad flu, i found using the thomas recipe and the amino acid protocol helped ease the withdrawels slightly, the worst was over by day 4-5.  it can be done, life is so different now i am clean, you can do it i promise!! if you need to talk pm me any time.  emma xx
