fainting spells a day after doing coke

Is it serious if you did a little over 6 gm of coke in about 6 hours and the next day you faint 7 times,Just standing up my friend fainted. She also has low blood pressure,Like 80/60 If it happens again she seek help ? But she dont want the doc or anyone to know she was or will be on it again

I've been on benzos for years ,Its weird 6years ago i ate the whole bottle of benzos to try to od and there still giving me benzos klon.this time around ive im definitely not addicted benzos nor do I get withdrawals from when I don't have them

Yes i wanna get off the drugs im afraid i could accidentally overdose,Nothing seems to get me high anymore so i take the risk of going big or go home .I live a risky lifestyle, My main problem is when im Not on nothing I go into extreme depression and I get suicidal because I can't face reality or let go of my past! Im in aoda ,my counselors really awesome like if I take something and  tell Him the truth he don't lock me away or anything he just reassures me to try and stay away from the ****.He is an ex addict himself so he completely understands.! I'm trying to get into a methadone program, But can't seem to find one

If it happens again you need to go to the ER and be honest. You could be in A fib. This means your heart is fluttering and the blood can't get to your brain.This is a very serious condition that could result in death.without the proper meds to reverse it. You may have low blood sugar from not eating. Drink some orange juice and if it helps, that's it. Eat. You sure did a ton of coke. Why?

Be careful with the benzos! They too are highly addictive & totally mess with sleep.

I snort it and yes i take benzos to come down from the high i dont do coke very often, But if i can't find 300mg of morphine or H i do blow or meth ! No i haven't been sleeping very good .I was on meth the other day and was up for two days and after doing the blow i and taking the benzos i still cant fall asleep

Can you tell us how you're doing the blow? Are you snorting, smoking or shooting it? Do you regularly drink or take benzos to come down off it? Do you do it daily?

Coke is mad, bad & dangerous to know! It's truly a physically & mentally/emotionally debilitating drug. The amts. you've mentioned in such a short space of time are high. Did you know that Cocaine is responsible for over 30% of all ER visits due to drugs? Did you know that there are a host of cardiac diseases & acute conditions related to it's use? The fainting you describe is associated with an overdose of coke. It doesn't have to happen right away, it can be the next day. You're lucky that you didn't have a seizure. I've seen people die this way.

Coke works on the sympathetic nervous system. It increases your heart & brain's need for Oxygen while simultaneously constricting your veins & thus, your heart's ability to get the needed Oxygen to your body. It also messes with your ventricle's contraction rhythms. (i.e. It can cause arrhythmia, heart attack, damage to your heart valves, arteriosclerosis, endocarditis -- the list goes on). That's just what it does to your heart. It can also cause rupture/hemorrhage & stroke. It affects long & short term memory & can also intensify existing psychological or emotional issues. Eventually, cocaine causes paranoia, hallucinations & even psychosis. Did you know that there's something called 'cocaine brain' whereby insufficient blood flow to the brain result in 'dead spots' that show up as 'holes' in brain tissue in scans? It also leads to chronic malnutrition, interrupted sleep patterns, vision problems & weight loss. It can harm your lung, vein & nasal tissue.

I'm telling you all this scary stuff as an ex-coke user & because them's the facts. You're using a lot in a short period of time & I'm afraid for you! Even chronic 'moderate' use of powder can bring these issues on.

Would you like to stop? I know that it's hard to think clearly when you're living in the self-created hell. Please, I used to drink alcohol & take benzos to come down from shooting coke. Just thinking of what it was like now, makes my blood freeze. It was insanity & rarely made me feel 'good'. I could feel the havoc it was wreaking in my body & mind. Do you ever feel this way? There is light @ the end of the tunnel if you stop, though. Please, don't mess around! Tell your Dr -- if not a Dr., then get to a meeting or see an addiction specialist or a counselor.

It was me that did it ,I did 6 half grams tonight ,Now im worried it mite happen again ! Is it safe to take 3 mg of klon . Ive been doing the coke since 7 or 8 pm and just did my last gram an hour ago?

Look, you gotta tell a doc what she took. How is he gonna help her if she doesn't tell the doctor? Think about how ridiculous that is. You think that the first time a doctor ever heard of someone doing drugs before? Think they care?

6 grams in 6 hours is A LOT of blow. Tell your friend to go to the ER of doctor asap. And doing it again is insane.
