OMG!

I dont know what is going on but my one legg feels like it is on fire right now!  Why is this just now happening???  Im having some scaaaaary flashbacks, the first time I quit......both my leggs, especially in the calf part, front & back, were soooooo achy, and were constantly on fire, I wanted to cut them off immediately.  I could not sit, lay, be still, or even crawl, could not stand in one spot for over 30 seconds!  Could barely walk.  My RLS lasted almost a MONTH! That was soooooo, sooooooooo, awful, I know I died, and came back to life!  Excuse me while I get on my face, and pray to God in heaven above.  Ill be back.

I'm glad you are feeling a little better.  Did you try soaking in a hot bath.  I have read that really helps too.
You are in my prayers and keep posting, that helps too.

Thankyou so much for caring.  My legg is a lil better because I just tried to ignore it for the time being, and I focused on trying to get some food down.  I have not ate in 2 days.  So Im happy to say I did get 2 chicken wings down, and a half of polish boy!  I have been staying hydrated, I drink vernors gingerale alot, juices, water, v8 fushion (gotta get my veggies in), and drinkin a couple ensures a day. I know Im healing, I do feel a lil better than first few days, so my mind is made up, theres no turning back now.  Just looking forward to the day, or time that I am back to myself.  Thanks again for asking.  I will be getting me some more banannas tomorrow, oh and I do have some gatorade.  And Im praying all the time.  Gotta hang in there.

If this continues go and see your doctor.  They do have non narcotic meds for RLS.  Some have even wrapped their legs with ace bandages. I found having some weight on mine helped.  My dog would lay on them.  I hope you get to feeling better~~

Eat some bananas, drink gatorade.  Both have potassium.
Also try Hylands Restless Legs, I hear it's very good.
Soak in a tub and use Epsom salts.
All of these things will help.  If you can't get out to get any of the above, just soak in a tub.
It sounds terrible and I really hope you feel better soon.
