i don't know if it was just me cause ive had a bad week, but i felt a negative vibe on here lately, but the last few days everyone seems to be coming together again and i love it. to see so many people reaching out to others and helping is amazing. remember there will be times that we disagree, but there is no need to be vulgar cause we are fighting for the same thing. i just feel a positive energy on here again and everyone here should be proud of themselves for being clean or fighting to get clean, cause it takes a lot of courage. you guys rock.

wow, i just read this and i must say that was a very nice compliment and thank-you so much. there are many here that do an amazing job also and this forum is full of so much love. like i said in this post, there is a great vibe on here lately and we are internet family, lol. ty again.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much help you have been to me, even though we have never spoken outside posts in the same thread. My ex husband was a serious coke addict, even main lined, so I know how hard it was for you to get clean from your doc.
I see you on here encouraging people, and many times in the past 30+ days I have found things in your posts to encourage me and others. I just wanted to give you a standing ovation for all that you do for this forum. I'd MUCH rather be here than dead or in jail which was probably my destination on the course I was taking. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU, GIZZY!!!!

You always have something positive to give to everyone.  I haven't been on much my guy has been off work so been running the roads seeing the country side it's beautiful here.  I am NOT looking forwad to returning on the 19th, BUT I have the classes I have to attend and when I get those over with I can relocate I hope they let me.  Anyway I'm back everyone and trying to play catch up with the posts KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL WORK.

I doubt it....It's so small, My position there is really kind of set-the hours...it's such nice hours, except for for me, it's very hellish lately, with a new baby....and a son in school.  4-10's...no work on fri-sun.  Perfect-right?  WRONG.  I don't get home until 6 by the time I gather both kids, and then try to make dinner and still have quality time and clean and have peace and then sleep?  ARGH.  I dont' know....then I'd have to find p//t day care....probably wouldn't be worth it at that point you know?  My husband could use a bookkeeper,and since I do that a my full time, why not do it for him and let him build his company up???  anxiety is making me ill thinking about all of this.....  I'm going to get some air....  thanks toxic....  love you guys...

Ironically, It's my 4 year anniversary there, today....And I had to call in , because my son has the flu....what to do, what to do....I love my job there....it's small, family owned....my boss is the greatest....he knows the truth about my problem witht the withdrawls-well, maybe not in it's entirety....but, he's awesome...it's going to be hard.

I think I'm going to quit my job.....it sounds irrational, considering my state of mind right now, but my husband thinks it might be best for all of us if I could be at home....for the kids, and I could help him with the business....THEN I could MAKE time for exercise for SURE!!!!   Ok, I'm doing it! :)

I found exercise works the best...use the time you spent worrying, collecting, counting, taking your pills to slip in a walk..

MAKE the time...it will really benefit YOU...and you neeed to be selfish at this time...to help you get better, faster!

I felt a little negative vibe too, but I'm in a funk....but you guys are all still amazing~I'm still in it though....ARGH!!!!!!  Calgon, take me away~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Does anyone know any natural ways to get seratonin going in the brain again?  The docs said mine was messed up from the pills....I know exercise releases endorphines, but I literally have NO time....anyone?
