good days and bad

Yesterday was 12 days for me, felt like I was back to day 3, runny nose all day, still dealing with diahrea, very long stressful day at work, 2 hours of sleep the night before that, had terrible cravings, finally took and ambien last night and got 7 hours of sleep, feel better this morning, this is my third time around off of pills, i was clean for a year twice before and relapsed, taking one day at a time, such a roller coaster ride, ive been excersizing, eating right and doing everything i can think of to help feel better, struggling ugh. I don't remember from before how long it takes to feel normal again.

Oh yes, I understand, especially about the long, difficult day at work. I hope you have a better day today.

Congrats on day 12..   I also had some extreme twists and turns right around the same time frame..  Felt really good then 12 hours later felt like I got hit by a bus.  It will even out soon my friend.  You have been able to get through the worst physical part of this and you will see all of your hard work pay off soon.  Continue to eat right and exercise as those will help so so much.  Careful with the ambien..  I have been on Ambien for a long time and I am now in the process of eliminating it..   Last night was my 5th night off and it is still hard.  The rebound insomnia is rough but nothing I can't deal with.  If you continue to take it just really try and use it short term if possible...

You are doing all the right things.. Keep grinding and it will all get better soon.  Congrats again on 12 days!

Hey brother I feel your pain...I've come off so many times I lost count.....for me each time is different depending on several factors...the things you are doing should be helping....good diet and exercise.....keep up the good fight and I am praying for serenity and less stress in your life....peace bro......
