grandpa and dagga

my boyfriend used to smoke dagga everday at once at night and now he stoped 2 monts ago my plroblem is that he takes a few grandpas everyday aswell .he has become very agressive and short tempered ,he complains about stomic cramps (ulcers) he has taken omez 20 and turlington .i dont know what to do .can somebody please help me????he does not want me to take him to a doctor.
