Suboxone withdrawal improvement

Hi all,
Just a note for all of you out there struggling with withdrawal from suboxone. It will be week six starting tomorrow for me. I have noticed that the improvement should not be measured in days but weeks. Each week I have gotten better. Week 3 and 4 were mentally tough and 1 and 2 physically so. This past week I have noted my anxiety and depression leveling out a bit. It tends to come in waves. I now feel as if I can start putting back together the lfe I ruined through the use of opiates then suboxone. Until now I simply wanted to give up. Thanks to people on this site and the love of my wife I found reason to push through this. It is slow progress but at some point you can look back and realize it is getting better.
For those who are thinking of using suboxone to help get free from opiates please do so carefully. If I were to do it again I would chose cold turkey and not use subs. Each case is different I realize and good luck to you all!!

Mark

Thats good to head mark im on 4 weeks, i recommend a treatment like 12 steps i didnt complete past step 2 before i got kicked out , but i recommend it! I felt amazing, its Therapeutic. I am waiting to do outpatient. i did opiates for  2 years, and a year of  methadone , and a year of suboxone, i tried the short therm suboxone treatment didnt work proll because i was young. Suboxone a life saver for opiate adicts, 10 years ago methadone was the only thing around thats hell believe me , i dont even want to imagine paws from methadone yet alone hard long acute withdrawls, i  saved my career  and heal my brain partial healed since  suboxones partial opiate ,plus i was also recovering from mdma abuse thats why i starte opiates, non the less, it got to the point i was sick of being numb , sleeping my life away, and my nuts dried. And it was time
