You are doing amazing, even though you dont feel like it. Remember that you will need to address the emotions that lead to your addiction in the first place. I dont judge and I hope most in here wouldnt, so please find a way to work through this bad experience and move on in a healthier way. Ask around for a counselor or support group that will understand the difficult situations you endured, and dont spend one more minute beating yourself up about it.
Take the advice of all the folks in here on how to get and stay clean, hundreds of people full of wisdom in here. Read through all sorts of posts, you will be amazed at what will hit home with you. It happens to me everyday.

haha thats not a rant silly. You're in the right place. Congrats on throwing the darvset out. Good move!! It may have helped ease you down or not. It isn't easy the first few days no matter what. But you are not alone. Stay warm, drink water, exercise asap. MAKE yourself have positive thoughts. give yourself praise for the good choices you are making. Love yourself you deserve your life back . Fight for it. It's so supprising after you get past the first few really hard days you WILL see light at the end of the tunnel.
