hello.. help?

Not sure what to say but I've been taking percocet for a little over a yr now. Tryin to stop n it ***** so bad. I started when I had a abortion (plz don't judge me, I'm pretty sure the reason I'm dependant on percs is from the emotional damage from doing that ok? :( It made me forget my hurt. N I keep that to myself cuz it still hurts) anyways there was a complication n I was hospitalized for a few days n had surgery. Gave me lots of the stuff n when that was there n after. Then I started buying from friends... did u know a TON of sales people use perc allll day? I didn't hahah well now I wana stop its ruining my life. I shell out so much money n need so much more to get that good feeling. I don't even like how I feel on them anymore anyways. I'm doing it alone, I'm so shamful of this. I know I shouldn't be afraid or feel like I have to hide it but I do. I'm happy I found this site. I've been off perc of 4 days but I have a script of darvocet I've been using (stupid as heck I know) for my endometrioses. I took a few the first day tapered n today I've had one 5mlg. I've had severe w/ds since the first day of no perc even w the darvocet. Threw away the rest of the darvocet cuz I want out. I jus wana know when this will end I guess. I prolly effed up by takin the darvocet n not jus stoping huh? Well I'm the type of person who works when dying n I've been workin a 6 day strech. Its killin me. I've taken 3 immoidum pills in the past 2 days but nothing else... what helps? I can't do tynol anymore EVER! I've takin it soooo much in the past yr. N what's whey stuff I read about n where do I get it? Anything to make me feel better. I find being busy w work does help (n make it worse) by keepin my mind off this. I need help thanks to everyone who got this far in my rant! I'm soooo glad I know I'm not alone anymore! Well at least not the only one out there dealin w this :)

You are doing amazing, even though you dont feel like it.  Remember that you will need to address the emotions that lead to your addiction in the first place.  I dont judge and I hope most in here wouldnt, so please find a way to work through this bad experience and move on in a healthier way.  Ask around for a counselor or support group that will understand the difficult situations you endured, and dont spend one more minute beating yourself up about it.

Take the advice of all the folks in here on how to get and stay clean, hundreds of people full of wisdom in here.  Read through all sorts of posts, you will be amazed at what will hit home with you.  It happens to me everyday.

Good luck

But you are not alone.  Stay warm, drink water, exercise asap. MAKE yourself have positive thoughts.  give yourself praise for the good choices you are making.  Love yourself you deserve your life back .  Fight for it.   It's so supprising after you get past the first few really hard days you WILL see light at the end of the tunnel.
I read small amounts of the bible almost every day. By the grace of God go i
