help unable to stop moving coming off of tramadol 50mg

first night stopping taking tramadol hcl 50mg. twice a day at night. i have been on this dosage for 2 yrs. for pain in right hip and lower back. unable to slee[ now and it  feels like my skin is crawling with sensations up and down arms and legs. i am taking melatonin,benadrly for itching for a rash, 100 mg. of magnesium for back and leg ache and i am drinking sleepytime tea after just finishing my third hot shower of the evening. my question is: is there anything else i can do or take that will help these severe aches and help me to sleep. i am also allerigic to nsaids.

thank you for the support. i purchased the vitamin you mentioned, it actually seemed to help some. found out in this process that i cannot take benydryl it was causing the increase of aching swarming agitated symptoms. only symptom left is insomnia, glad i am off tramadol, looking for natural health food store type of pain meds for origianl problem, so far skullcap and devils claw. but seems to irritate stomach. working on a solution, so if ya'll know of something that has worked let me know.

no rash has been an on-going medical condition since aug. 6 diferent doctors including two different dermatologists, with everyone saying not sure what it is, lets treat it with anti=biotics and various creams. latest treatment is steroid cream. rash is getting better, but still not gone away. symptoms from withdrawal are finally gone away with the exception of insomnia, thus reason i am up at 3 am. lol

there is a 3 in 1 vitamin you get it at walmart its calcium/magezum/zinc take 4 in the morning 4 with dinner in a few days this should help if not add potassium to the mix all of these will stop most of the withdrawals afters a couple days use keep posting for support good luck and God bless........Gnarly
