40 days!

40 days and counting and every day is better than the last. Wow...it was rough for the first 10 days...Day 2-6 being the worst but I stayed strong and did not cave in no matter how little sleep or how bad my RLS were. Energy level was the worst...it hurt to even lift my arm to brush my hair but now I am at the gym again...walking ....cleaning ...cooking all the things I used to do. Hang in there everyone.  Take hot hot showers or baths as I couldn't even stand for that long I was so tired...they helped...
