Doctor put me on this telling me it was a wonderful medication that would help me. It was great at first but then your body gets used to it and you need more, then they drop off so you suck on them so you do t waste them. My life revolves around these damn things and when at the end of the month when I don't have enough to get me through I think im gonna die for a couple of days. That's gonna happen in a couple days and im terrified! I have to get off somehow. Please help and also what is equivalent to this amount.

Do you think you can talk to your doctor about tapering off?  I know that fentanyl withdrawal is difficult.  I would suggest you taper off the fentanyl first and then off the lortab.  Is that possible or are you going to have to go cold turkey?

Im on 20 100 fentanyl patches and 10/325 lortab
