Well I've made it so far and almost made day 8 past tense. Anxios to see what Tuesday holds for me. I hope better das for me sooner than later. I am utter disbelief at how did I make it this far and still have a head of hair, I did not pull it out. The fingernails are a different story, What fingernails?? I 8 em all up. Still feels doable and I am still pretty confident I can do this without disappointing everyone especially myself. I have to keep reminding myself that all this will pass. I honestly thought the first few days I honestly thought that it would be impossible for me to come clean. Anyone just begining their withdrawal remember it can be done, nothing really good comes easy and
I am sure when I get better it will be real good.

i've just rolled into day 9 ct..getting here blows my mind..i actually feel decent this  eve,,,day was rough...i pulled out the acoustic earlyer and realized i chewed my nails off(picks)...i played anyway and it is the first time in a long time i felt it.....i thought i'd hate jammin without dope but man it felt better than ever....i'm on this ride with ya man....i will not go backwards...stick with me man...i'll block for ya.........................peace

I have been watching your progress. You are doing great. Each day usually gets better. Every once in a while there is a bad one. When they come along, look back at the first few days. The bad one won't usually even compare. Take care.
