how much time
I have stopped cold turkey on my pain meds that I've taken for the last few years...I don't remember how many days it's been since I've stopped. I sit here twitching, feeling like I'm crawling out of my skin, with heart pounding and wanting to...I don't know just feel like going crazy. Is this normal? How long does this last?..don't know how much longer I can do this..just need a time or an approximate end date for this...anybody have an idea?
I was taking 25 percs a day for years and quit cold turkey, the first 4 days were HELL, see if you can get some valium from your Dr, thats what helped me get through it, I only needed 3 valium in the first week, it helped with the anxiety and the pounding chest
