I totally agree. Get outside and enjoy the fresh air. It will tire you and make you feel better.  Take a long, hot bath to sooth those aching legs and try some soup for the tummy.

What I meant by the mental part is that little voice in your ear that will tell you "WOW, look how good you are doing, reward yourself with a pill", or "You are doing a lousy job, may as well take a pill". It will surely come and unless you have the tools to learn how to deal with it, you could fall victim to it. We need to arm ourselves and surround ourselves with support. This is a life long disease and a life long battle.

Try some good old saltine soda crackers for the stomach - - tears are a normal thing also - You have to get over this little hump - - Like BIKERDAD said - this is a critical time for a relapse....... remember why you are here....

WHAT? You are accomplishing sooooooooo much. Get out and take a walk if you can or just go outside and sit for a while. The sun and fresh air helps. This is about the point that I caved in and i dont want to see you make the same mistake i did. Youve made it this far. You are at the worst now, the worst just last a while. Day 4 will be a little better and day 5 better and 6 and so on. After tonite it just gets a little better every day. Stay strong. I will need your inspiration next thursday when I start my journey again. I will need you telling me what to expect next after day 3 since I havent been there yet.Keep in there i need you!!

Sounds normal. Hows your stomache doing? 50 hrs is great. You are at the worst point now and tonite. Tomarrow it should be a little better. The weakness will be there for a while as you are putting your body thru alot and it takes a while for it to recover. I envy you at this point. Just keep thinking about tomarrow. Have you been able to get any sleep. Keep trying to eat and eat good stuff. Protein and veggies. Energy drinks if you can handle it. Stay hydrated. We are so proud of you.

Dont remember what amount you were taking.......but hydro is one of the more rapid acting narcs. Also lets go of you a little sooner. If there is worse to come in your case (everyones different) it wont be long or much worse. Dont count hours - time doesnt go any faster and its been scientifically proven that staying busy makes time seem to go faster.......the heart thing is quite normal because anxiety is a part of the withdrawal thing.....breathing exercises are the best thing for anxiety.........

It really depends on your overall physical health, your age, the amount of exercise you are doing, the length and amount of your use...etc.Still 50 hours is good and you are on your way.

Now would be a good time to start planning for your aftercare. If it hasn't already, the mental part of this disease will kick in and kick your butt! Hate to see you lose what you have worked so hard for.

Also, it would be a good idea to turn off your cap locks. It is considered shouting and some might take offense. Just a thought....
