hydro and somma first day of detox

i weened down to 4 sommas and two 7.5 norcos today will be my first day without them in eight years. i have taken the rest of week off to detox.thanks to every one your recovery has been an insparation for me to quit.i will try to post as i go through w/ds

Congrats on your decision to jump... When I did I jumped with more norco and 3 soma a day.. I can tell you, you may experience confusion although it does not last long it is frighting.. That is due to the soma also muscle spasms these should only last a couple of day's.. I want to let you know I'm rooting you on and if you ever have a question or need support please fill free to contact me... The depression will lift a great deal as the soma has that effect especially in high doses... Keep posting and stay strong.. Congrats on wrangling your freedom back after all these years... lesa

wow, that is great..If i remember your previous post you were taking alot of soma's??
To go down to 4 is wonderfull...I can't take soma as they make me feel very bad, so I am not real sure about the w/d of those going c/t...

But if i were you, since you took the whole week off, I would c/t off of the norco's first...One med at a time, and keep weaing off the soma's..
