illegal drugs

I am pregnant and had blood taken last week for my first booking appointment, I had illegal drugs in my system (heroin), will the social services get involved and take my children?, I dont use drugs and this was not somthing I normally do so I took methadone to stop me taking heroin again.

I am terrified they will take my children.

I hope someone can help.

Had you been using heroin prior to taking the methadone?  Was that prescribed?  How far along are you?

Booking appointment? Not sure I understand what that means..What is the purpose of the blood test? Pregnancy related?
