Hi..I went thru just about tne same thing as you 5 months ago...as to the sleep issue, I used melotonin...which is availabe at any drugstore..for sleep.  At first I got 3-4 hours sleep a night.  Drank lots of water and ate bananas.  At 9 days you should be at the end, or close to the end of the physical part except the sleeplisness.  Also I bought some withdrawel-ease (www.withdrawel-ease.com) off the internet.  It really helped with the sleep but I had crazy dreams...might have been related to the drugs (oxycodone) still in my system.
