is this normal?

To day I have been feeling really dizzy all day and actualy passed out at one point. I havent been to the A&E as I feel there is nothing they could do. Do most people feel like that or is it some thing I should get checked out?

You dropping to fast  only cut down one pill every 4 to 7 days .you are making it alot worse then it needs to be slow and steady wins the race

i would get dizzy at times when i quit the tramadol, never passed out.
congrats to you for getting your life back. it will get better and better. be sure to chec out the health pages here. the vitamins and aminos do help.

Am i correct in thinking that you have reduced tramadol (ultram) by 150mg in two days?

If so, thats a huge drop for someone that has been on them for awhile. Definitely monitor your BP if you dont get seen....if you have tinnitus or vertigo hit the Casualty or ER without hesitation. This is no joke, dude!

You really should get checked out as soon as possible it is not normal too pass out.. Good job on your taper and I congratulate you on your decision to get clean.. lesa

i have dropped 150mg in 2 days this is my second day of cutting down. Ifeel a bit better now. but now i cant get down to hospital. I might go tomorrow if i still feel like this.

I agree with lesa, you need to be checked out...First thought for me was blood pressure too....I have very low blood pressure, and when i was detoxing, even though it spiked, i was also taking clonodine..But i checked it every 15 minutes...I remember one day that i felt that way, and when i checked it, it was very low....that day i did not take the clonodine..
How much have you cut down??

I would get checked out passing out can be serious... Also have your blood pressure checked I do not think this is anything to brush off.. I wish you well lesa

by the way I am coming off tramadol. This is my second day of cutting down.
