Tapper failed went C/T 2 days ago

As you may remember I tried to tapper down over the past weeks. Needless to say I could not stick to the schedule. So I took last of my pills 48 hours ago. Hanging in there. Last night was the worst and today's not so good.  Need to keep away from dealer who keeps texting me with offers for tomorrow two block from my office. If i make it through tomorrow I should be strong enough to ride this out. Wish me luck.

Thats what the shotter's here do too, they text every morning with offers of sizes, prices and deals...some sick advertising huh. The only way is to block his number as already advised, as they will NEVER stop, all they see is the money, not the long suffering addict.

If u do make it, which u will, those txts will eventually lure u back, sp plz do it now, think of it as self-protection, this thing we got kills, and needs to be dealt with accordingly. Take every measure u can to avoid people, places and things that may trigger u, (within ur control) say like taking a different route to work, or making sure u hav someone safe to be with during ur lunch brake just simple stuff like that can make all the difference, however strong we are or manage to be for a while we have to be ever wary.-+-

He has called three times today.  I told him I was done on Friday, Sat, Sun and today  he just will not quit.  The worst part is that he is 2 block from my office and all day I keep thinking how easy it would be to walk down the block and feel better (if only for a few hours).  But I keep telling myself this has to end and end now.  I have made it 56 hours and plan to make it one hour at a time until I have this behind me.  I cant keep lying to my family and spening money I could be using for my wife and kids so I can just swallow my life away.  I am committed to this and nothing is going to turn me back into a junkie.  Thanks for your support .

good for you. even with a taper you have to stop at some point so you did. good for you.. clean 2 days. yep not that many can stick with the taper. hey tell him to leave you alone that you are done. block his # . just keep fighting. you can win this battle of addiction.
