just found out 4 weeks pregnant and on 10 mg of methadone

I've been tapering off successfully and been clean forever now...so the problem is since I'm not in the states at the moment, and I'm not yet sure can I find that sort of facility here...Can I take care and protect my baby id I do this as slow as possible...I've done it before high doses like 100 mg, but now it's only 10...all the advice and help  is welcome, I really want this baby to go trough this as comfortable as possible.... Want to make sure my baby's ok....

I've been on methadone through a treatment facility and there are lots of women that are on methadone as well that just had babies recently and a girl that I have seen that is pregnant now many months into her pregnancy and she is still dosing methadone. So safely you can do it under a Drs care of course. Good luck..  :-)
